We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Academic Administrator to join the Department of Graduate Studies (academic department) on a full-time basis (35 hours/week). Working 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, you will be reporting to the STEP Programme Leader and responsible for academic administration primarily for international Postgraduate Preparatory Programmes (PGPP) and the graduate Secondary Teacher Education Programme (STEP). This includes upholding high standards of quality and accuracy in the maintenance of student, teacher, module and programme records, engaging with Moodle and other online learning tools, and setting up courses.
Working both independently and across DGS teams supporting the academic journey of prospective and current students.
