Bouygues UK have exciting opportunity for Project Quantity Surveyor for our school projects based in the Harrow/Hayes area. The two projects are valued at around 90 million. The project will involve the demolition of existing buildings, refurbishment works and a new build, along the provision of temporary accommodation
Job Purpose and Scope:
You will be responsible for maximising the commercial Results/Cash position of projects in terms of delivering optimum profit performance against internal budgets. Assist with the management of the procurement of Sub-contractors, and their financial & contractual management. Support the preparing and agreeing Interim Valuations with the Client & for progressing the agreement of Variations as the work proceeds utilising company tools. Collaborating with the Project Manager and other members of the Project team.
