Position: Support Worker
Salary: £17,495 – £19,568 per annum (£9.07 to £10.14 per hour) plus enhancements
Duration: This is a fixed term position until March 2022, with the possibility it will be made permanent
Hours: Core shifts consist of Early 07:00 – 14:30, Late 14:00 – 22:00 (one of which is a sleep in shift) Night 21:45 – 07:00 and also various community support shifts between 08:00 – 20:00.

About the Role:
Midworth Street is short term (two years) 24 hours supported living project based in the town centre of Mansfield. As a Support Worker you will support service users from both mental health and learning disability services to promote independence and prepare people to live in less supported environments.
As a Support Worker you will you will be working closely in a team with twelve other colleagues to support tenants at the project and be expected to key work tenants and to create and maintain tailored support plans once you are settled in. Support provided will include but not limited to:
